Need-based financial aid is available for qualifying families. Aid is available through either the state of Florida or the Parish/School.
The State of Florida has three generous scholarship program for those attending private schools.
- A number of our families qualify for the Step Up for Students Scholarship. This K-12th need based scholarship is adjusted based on your family size and income; Full scholarships equal $6,342 for grade school and $6,919 for high school for each child. However, even some large families making over $100,000 can qualify for partial scholarships. Click here to see if you are income eligible at any level. Let us know if you think you might qualify and are applying for this scholarship.
- The AAA Scholarship Foundation is a similar state funded scholarship for families with economic need. Click here to see if your income and family size qualifies you. Let us know if you think you might qualify and are applying for this scholarship.
- The McKay Scholarship is a state funded scholarship for Florida students diagnosed with learning disabilities and can sometimes cover full tuition costs. Please visit http://www.fldoe.org/schools/school-choice/k-12-scholarship-programs/mckay/ for more information. Please note that our ability to work with students who have learning exceptionalities is limited. If we feel we can meet the needs of your child, we do so at our own discretion and not as a requirement of meeting a state generated IEP, 504 plan, etc. Please make sure to discuss any learning exceptionalities your child may have as part of the admissions process.
For those who do not qualify for state financial aid, the school is able to offer some financial aid thanks to the generosity of donors. Those needing private aid from school/parish donations must click here in order to use the FACTS Grant and Aid process. Note: this is the same FACTS company that also will process your tuition; these are two services we receive from them. The FACTS company does not provide the aid, it only provides application and analysis services which help us distribute our locally donated aid once your grant application is complete. Per diocesan policy, we are unable to offer any local aid until this form has been completed. Please let the admission director know in advance that you are applying for school-based aid.
“This Sacred Council of the Church earnestly entreats pastors and all the faithful to spare no sacrifice in helping Catholic schools fulfill their function in a continually more perfect way” ( Vatican II)
