Financial Aid

Rhodora J. Donahue Academy of Ave Maria makes use of the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Service to help us evaluate requests for financial aid. The Rhodora J. Donahue Academy of Ave Maria participates in the Step Up For Students (formerly "Florida Pride") and McKay Scholarship Programs. 

Step Up For Students is for incoming K or 1st graders or Florida public school transfers who meet certain economic guidelines. Step Up For Students information is available by clicking here.

The McKay Scholarship is for Florida students diagnosed with learning disabilites. Click here for information.

Due to our low flat rate, we are not able to offer financial aid to our students in the Housing Program.

As part of our participation in these programs we function as mandated reporters for any actual or suspected child abuse, abandonment or neglect by anyone having contact with the child, including our own employees. If you have a complaint about mistreatment or abuse by an employee, contact the headmaster at 239-280-2450. If your complaint is related to the headmaster, please contact school board member Paul Roney at 239-280-2514.
